  • 1/2 frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp of raw honey or a couple of dates (optional)


  1. Process your ingredients in a blender, or a small food processor.
  2. Pour into a bowl, top with whatever you have on hand.
  3. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You can alternate which fruits and veg are frozen (or all can be frozen). Just make sure at least two of the ingredients are frozen to ensure the heat from your blender doesn't "cook" the nutrients.
