1/2frozen mango
1kiwi
1/2cupof frozen spinach
1/2cupof kale
Juice of 1 lime
1cupof coconut or almond milk
1tspof raw honey or a couple of dates(optional)
Instructions
Process your ingredients in a blender, or a small food processor.
Pour into a bowl, top with whatever you have on hand.

Recipe Notes
You can alternate which fruits and veg are frozen (or all can be frozen). Just make sure at least two of the ingredients are frozen to ensure the heat from your blender doesn't "cook" the nutrients.
