  • 2 Hake fillets depending on size
  • Coconut or Olive oil for brushing

Salsa Verde

  • 2 large handfuls of parsley
  • 1 large handful of mint
  • 1 large handful of basil
  • 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Anchovy Fillets
  • 2-3 Gherkins
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Capers
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste


  1. Brush Hake fillets with oil and season with Salt & Pepper. Cook fish in the oven for 22-25 mins
  2. While fish is cooking, chop up herbs as finely as you can
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, till incorporated and leave to infuse
  4. Serve & Enjoy

Recipe Notes

You can add as much or as little of the ingredients to fit your tastes.
The salsa verde should give you a loose texture, add more oil and vinegar as necessary.
