Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 1/2 of mashed cooked sweet potatoes (about 240g/0.5lbs mashed sweet potato)
  • 1 can of tuna chunks (undrained weight 160g/0.37lbs)
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 egg

Optional dressing:

  • No Cook BBQ Sauce (recipe in notes)

Instructions

  1. Mix your sweet potato, tuna chunks and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Form medium sized patties, (mine made 6 patties)
  3. Heat some coconut oil in a pan, on a medium-high heat and fry your patties, 2 minutes each side.
  4. Once done, serve with your bbq sauce or sauce of your choice
