300g/10 oz cooked small shrimp/prawns
4tbsphomemade mayo
1tbspworcestershire sauce
1tspyour favourite hot sauce
1tbsptomato puree
3celery stalks
2tbspcapers
1tspcayenne pepper
1tsppaprika
2tbspchopped fresh chives
2tbspjalapenosoptional
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
If needed, transfer to a nicer bowl for presentation. Sprinkle some chives to garnish
Serve and enjoy immediately

These are so great with the crackers! If you're making the mayo beforehand, it will take you about 10-12 minutes on top of the prep for the dip especially if you use an electronic whisk!
