Ingredients

  • 300 g /10 oz cooked small shrimp/prawns
  • 4 tbsp homemade mayo
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp your favourite hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp jalapenos optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. If needed, transfer to a nicer bowl for presentation. Sprinkle some chives to garnish
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately

Recipe Notes

These are so great with the crackers! If you're making the mayo beforehand, it will take you about 10-12 minutes on top of the prep for the dip especially if you use an electronic whisk!
