Delicious Strawberry Banana Baobab Smoothie Bowl – perfect for breakfast and pre/post workouts!
So, if you’ve not already noticed, I posted this on Wednesday but unfortunately, it disappeared. It started off with the intermittent downtime of my website.. long story short I decided to switch hosts. However, I was so quick to get away from BlueHost I didn’t check that the backup had worked properly. Ended up losing my last post.
Oh well. Good riddance. I can live with only one post gone.
I’m back with it so anyone who visits doesn’t miss out on the yumminess. Baobab; such an awesome Superfood that has more antioxidants than Acai Berry and 6 times the Vitamin C of an orange! You’ll definitely want to pick this up when you’re feeling the flu blues lol. This brand is the cheapest I have found for my UK heads!
This smoothie bowl is super easy and super adaptable; you can literally throw whatever nuts, seeds, dried or fresh fruits you want on top. I think it’s a great breakfast meal. If you wanted to up the protein content, you could add some organic gelatin or just some spinach ha.
My fellow bloggers, please, try to stay away from terrible hosts. They will offer you some cheap plan prices but they are so much worse for you in the long run. My site’s downtime was so bad I was literally down at least twice: every single day, since the start of the year. Don’t get me started on why my site loading speed was 4secs. Then, my site was down for 2 hours and I just had enough. Hopefully, this new host I’m using works well but I am literally an hour in while typing.
Also, be very careful of the bloggers using affiliate links with these hosts; I’m not ashamed to say that’s exactly how I got roped in to using such a crappy host and only I and I have suffered for it (I’m not even Jamaican, whuut?). Just do your research, find a host that has great reviews, this site helped me a lot!
Normal posting schedule should resume on Sunday!
