Fresh Orange Lime Cucumber Juicing Recipe – a delicious dessert juice for your juice fast.
I’m back with the second juice for my juice fast restart series. This one is a refreshing orange, lime and cucumber cooler. It’s the perfect juice fast recipe when you need something more palatable after drinking so many vegetable heavy juices. It’s sweet and sour and keeps you on track with your juice cleanse.
This Orange Lime Cucumber Juicing Recipe is very simple; oranges, limes, lemon and cucumber with some added ginger and mint leaves for taste. This is also a great summer refresher, keeps you drinking fresh juice without additives and best of all – it keeps you cool! The cucumber gives you enough hydration to carry you through the sweltering heat!

Fresh Orange Lime Cucumber Juice
Delicious dessert juice filled with oranges, limes, lemons and cucumber to keep you refreshed and hydrated.
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 2 limes
- 1 large cucumber
- 7-8 mint leaves (as many as you like)
- 1 knuckle of ginger
Run all your fruit and veg through your juicer. Alternate between soft and harder fruits and vegetables so that they run through your juicer smoothly and you get the most yield.
